Junior Personal Assistant
The Role's Purpose
What You'll Do
- Manage meeting bookings and room coordination
- Maintain shared calendars and documents
- Support onboarding/administration tasks
- Assist with general administration support including diary management, travel, expenses and inbox management
- Support facilities coordination where needed
- Provide additional support to wider Director team with meeting and travel booking
- Provide ad hoc support to teams and projects
- Help organise internal events and meetings
- Maintain trackers and shared systems to support effective team operations
- Take on assigned administrative tasks
- Prepare basic materials for meetings
- Help manage workload overflow
- Business travel across Plexal sites may be required
- Needs the ability to manage and influence through both face-to-face and virtual team environments.
- The role may require SC clearance
Your Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Confidence to seek out information across the business and push back on conflicting priorities
- Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically:
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Calendar management tools
- SharePoint and OneDrive for document management
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot (as required for stakeholder coordination and management)
Your Experience
Early career or 1-2 years admin experience

- Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending on skills and experience
