The Role's Purpose
The Project Coordinator role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery and governance of projects by providing administrative, logistical, and process-driven support across a variety of tasks. It will be a key part of the Innovation Services operations function, supporting the team with day-to-day responsibilities and more long-term continuous improvement projects. In addition to providing support on projects, the role with provide support to the Finance and Go To Market departments.  
What You'll Do
Project Support & Governance 
  • Support project teams with documentation, tracking, and administration.
  • Maintain projecttrackers, and files to ensure information is up to date.
Planning & Meetings 
  • Schedule and coordinate planning meetings, governance boards, and workshops.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Organise retrospectives and collate outputs for team improvement.
Risk & Issue Management 
  • Maintain riskassessmentsand follow up on actions with stakeholders.
Status Reporting 
  • Assistin gathering and compiling project updates for regular status reports.
  • Ensure reporting deadlines aremetand data isaccurateand well-presented.
Event & Calendar Management 
  • Assistin organisingproject-related events,such as workshops.
  • Maintain the events calendar and ensuretimelycommunication of dates and details.
Financial & Procurement Administration 
  • Assistwith budgeting processes andmaintainrecords of project spend.
  • Support invoicing activities and liaise with finance fortimelypayments.
Bid Management Administration  
  • Completing framework compliance information.
  • Researching or gathering information relevant to bids.
Continuous Improvement 
  • Identifyand suggest process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Support the documentation and rollout of new tools, templates, or ways of working.
Your Skills
Essential:  
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Analytical, with the ability to think critically and to understand, interpret and articulate complex concepts and requirements
  • Able todemonstrateprioritisation whilst working on multiple projects.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word,Exceland PowerPoint skills
  • Comfortable handling data and providing data analysis
Desirable 
  • Highly organised with an understanding of innovation and collaboration practices 
  • Ability to listen,facilitateand influence, including influencing senior leaders and external stakeholders and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes
Your Experience
Desirable 
  • Experience working in an innovation / start-up / venture environment. Ideally with proven experienceworking on projects or programme
  • Good understanding of innovation, collaboration and project management practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Experiencewithworking with multiple stakeholders, such as startups and corporate clients, but also understanding the practicalities of working in a small and growing company
  • Experience with processing andpresenting high volumes of data
